OVERTIME THRESHOLD

When calculating the overtime threshold do I include the following allowances:

Housing Allowance
Cell Phone Allowance
Medical Aid Allowance - my company gives an fixed amount for Medical aid, my medical aid is less than this amount therefore the balance gets paid to me as an allowance, do I include this in the threshold amount?

You can get employment and support allowance (ESA) if your ability to work is limited by ill health or disability.

HI what I need to know is, are these allowance added to the "earnings" when checking if an employee is over or under the Threshold for overtime?

"Earnings”: means gross pay before deductions, i.e. (before deducting) income tax, pension, medical and similar payments, but excluding similar payments (contributions) made by the employer in respect of the employee.”
