I am a small business in Hermanus in the Western Cape. The MEIBC wants me to register with them. Given the economical climate at the moment it is impossible to meet their demands. I employ two people and we make fences, gates, staircases and balustrades, etc. On what grounds would I be excluded from the scope of the MEIBC?
