Agreement to work overtime but without pay

Unread post by Charlie_Cat » 15 Mar 2018, 13:38

I just have this one question:

If the employee signs a work contract agreeing to work overtime but will not get paid for it, is it legal?

No, it's not legal, unless the employee earns more than R205 433.30 per annum (or R17 119.44 per month).
