no verbal warning

hi i just want to know can a manager let an employee sign a warning on your behalf because you refuse to sign it?and may you get a written warning even though you never received a verbal one?is that not considered fraud?what am i to do in such a situation?

The manager is permitted to do that. All you can do is contest the warning in terms of a grievance procedure and, absent such a procedure, in terms of an unfair labour practice dispute at the CCMA.
