Hi, I've heard that employees who use scaffoldings, or need to climb quite high, needs some medical certificate proving that they are fit to do this? Is this true? If so, where can I find the relevant section/regulation?

Construction Regulation: 15 Suspended platforms
Sub regulation:
12) A contractor shall ensure that all employees required to work or to be supported on a suspended platform are-
a) physically and psychologically fit to work safely in such an environment by being in possession of a medical certificate of fitness;
