ADHD in the work place

Can you be placed on special leave under extra ordinary circumstances for being ADHD and taking concerta. This after allegations of miscoduct are not taken to hearing but is used so as to solicit your consent to take leave.
If in the end no guilt has been establish what procedure musr follow to clear you of these allegations so as to reinstate you. If ADHD is classified as a lifelong illness for which they use az the basis to enforce this leave, if they are compelled to reinstate you how can you be declared healthy if at first your illness was used to explain your misconduct allegations.
