Good Afternoon,

I would like to obtain clarification on the following:
We are a Construction Company, and have an Appointed GMR 2 working with us.
He is in possession of the following: Red Seal Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic Trade; N6 Certificate as well as 25Years Experience. He changed an Electrical Cable (380V) from a DB Board to the Generator. Is he allowed to perform that or is it only a qualified electrician who is allowed to perform that task?
Am I correct in saying he can perform work on machinery up to and including 3000kw?
