Hi! I just want to fing out whether am one entitled to any compensation if the company doctor had recommended a career change for someone who happened to suffer from work reated dermatitis? Compensation House such a person is not entitled to any compensation since the disease is curable, they only pay for any medical expenses encurred during the illness and source investigation thereof. Meanwhile cost was not only due to medical, but loss of earnings as well.

Correct, the person is not entitled to any compensation since the disease is curable; only medical expenses will be covered by the Compensation Commissioner.

Regarding the loss of earnings; see attached article.
